Meatless soups

I could eat soup every single day, even in the summer (as long as the AC is high enough). My kids will scrape the bottom of the pot for all of these, that’s how good they are!

Salads with no meat

I’m a salad-for-lunch person, like pretty much every day (it’s how I combat all the cookies I’m eating). A hearty enough salad makes a great dinner too, especially in summer.
