These are some of the most popular recipes on my site and for good reason. Whether you have hungry teenagers circling, all your relatives in town, or a brunch to host, a breakfast casserole is the perfect way to serve up a heapin’ helpin’ of morning goodness.

Quiche and frittata

Fancy words for baked eggs! Quiche has a crust, frittata doesn’t. (Unless it’s a crustless quiche, and that’s outside my pay grade. And by “outside my pay grade” I mean “not as good because it’s missing a pie crust.”)

Biscuits and scones

If the Princess and the Pea had been sleeping on these flaky, buttery layers, she wouldn’t have gotten bruised black and blue. What, you don’t dream of sleeping on biscuits?? As long as you’re dreaming of eating them, I guess we’re cool.

Meatless breakfast

Maybe you’ve got a vegetarian coming over, or maybe you just like a plateful of nice crispy bacon on the side. Either way, these meatless dishes bring serious flavor. Trust me. I wouldn’t skip the meat if it wasn’t awesome.
