My daughter once asked, when she was three years-old, “Why is bread so good?!” Why, indeed. It’s been a staple since humans figured out how to grow wheat and the first paleolithic woman took a bite and said, “Dang, this would be good with butter!”
But seriously, it is a staple at meals in any house. These are all my best bread recipes including the classic Aunt Shirley’s Famous Buttery Dinner Rolls, Ultra Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits, or Homemade Naan to go with a yummy curry.
