Quick and Easy Dinners

Sometimes life’s too short for complicated, spending-hours-in-the-kitchen meals. And by sometimes, I mean school nights, summer nights, the day you get back from a vacation, the day before you leave for a vacation, the day you get sucked into a really good book and suddenly your spouse walks in the door, and any day you have a toddler (can I get an amen??). You still have to feed the hordes, so let’s do it in 20, 30, maybe 45 minutes if we’re pushing it.

These dinners are kid-tested, charlatan-approved, and actually faster than the drive through, not to mention way cheaper. Add them to your regular rotation for busy nights or on any day that ends in a Y.
