Easter is one of my favorite holidays! I love the hopeful feeling of Spring and the message of rebirth. I also LOVE all the delicious food there is to enjoy at Easter dinner. Check out all my delicious Easter recipes below!

For main dishes I traditionally go with ham and my Honey Baked Ham Copycat has a special method that will really impress! Roast Leg of Lamb is another delicious tradition, or go for some Tri Tip.

But really, I’m all about the sides! Deviled Eggs for days and days!! These Slow Cooker Brown Butter Glazed Carrots are simple and add some great color to your plate. Oven Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Browned Butter is delicious and seasonal. And then of course there’s the Funeral Potatoes. And the rolls (Try these East Bunny Rolls!).

Dessert is a must and you can stay on-theme with these delectable Resurrection Rolls. Or Carrot Cake. You can’t go wrong with lemon, so Lemon Squares and Glazed Lemon Bread are great. And don’t forget a Breakfast Casserole! I hope you enjoy all these Easter recipes.
