Make the crepes, using the recipe in the notes section for "savory crepes."
For the fillingIn a bowl, add the chicken and all the seasonings. Put a small amount of chicken, 1 tablespoon of cheese, and 1 teaspoon of cream on each crepe. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 inch dish. When you have finished rolling the crepes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and pour the remaining cream evenly over the crepes.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. If at this point my cheese is not crusty on top, I broil it for about a minute. I'm a crusty cheese lover.
