Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk any kind*
  • 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup milk to a large mug. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until it's very hot.
  • Add cocoa, honey, and vanilla.
  • Use an immersion blender to mix everything together. Blend for 1-2 minutes until it is nice and frothy!
  • It is really easy to double, triple, quadruple this recipe. Heat it in a saucepan until the milk is very hot, follow directions as usual.

Notes

*You can use any kind of milk you like: whole milk, skim milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc. Reesy likes to use the vanilla almond milk to save on calories (you don't need to add vanilla if you use vanilla-flavored milk).
