Sriracha Garlic Bread

Serves Serves 3-4, depending on the size of your bread loaf     adjust servings


  • half a loaf of bread,
  • half stick butter, salted or unsalted, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic, roughly 2 cloves
  • pinch of salt if using unsalted butter


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl stir together butter, garlic powder, sriracha, garlic, and salt, if using, and spread the mixture all over the cut side of the bread.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until it is golden brown. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
