Sriracha Garlic Bread
Serves 3-4, depending on the size of your bread loaf
half a loaf of bread,
half stick butter, salted or unsalted, softened
teaspoons garlic powder
tablespoon sriracha, or to taste
tablespoons fresh minced garlic, roughly 2 cloves
pinch of salt if using unsalted butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl stir together butter, garlic powder, sriracha, garlic, and salt, if using, and spread the mixture all over the cut side of the bread.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until it is golden brown. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
